Energising Tonic Soup 十全大补汤

Ingredients: 1 x Panda Brand Energising Tonic Soup pack 1/2 Chicken 1000 ml of water Salt Cooking instructions: 1. Blanch the chicken in a pot of water over medium heat for 5-10 minutes 2. Rinse and put all the herbs into 2 litres of water with high heat to boil 3. Add in the chicken 4. Reduce to low heat and simmer for another 2 hours 5. Add salt to taste before serving

Chicken Revitalising Tonic Soup 炖鸡保健汤

Ingredients: 1 x Panda Brand Revitalising Tonic Soup 1/2 Chicken 1000 ml of water Salt Cooking instructions: 1.Pour 1000ml of water into the cooking pot and boil water for 10-15 minutes in high heat 2. Add the soup pack and chicken into the boiling water. 3. Lower the heat to medium level and simmer the soup for 1.5-2 hours 4. After 1.5 hours, add salt into the soup and allow it to further cook for 10-15 minutes.

Disclaimer: As this video was filmed few years ago, there are some changes to the soup pack's ingredients. Please treat this video for reference only. Ingredients: 1 x Soup Pack 1000 ml of water Yellow lump sugar Cooking instructions: 1. Wash the monk fruit and crack open into smaller pieces for shorter cooking time 2. Add the crushed monk fruit, rock sugar and other ingredients into a pot of water 3. Use warm water to soak the ingredients for 5 minutes 4. Boil the soup in high heat for 5 minutes, lower the heat and boil for another 10 minutes before serving.

Eight Treasures Tonic Soup 八珍养血汤

Ingredients: 1 x Panda Brand Eight Treasures Soup Pack 1/2 Chicken 1000 ml of water Salt Cooking instructions: 1. Wash the chicken and chop into smaller pieces 2. Set aside the chicken and wash the herbs in the packaging 3. Pour the chicken and herbs into boiling water and let it cook for 15 minutes over high heat 4. Lower the heat and let it simmer for another 1.5 hours 5. Add salt to taste before serving
