Order and Payment

1. How do I make an order? - Simply proceed to our product's page and add the items you want into the cart. Click on the cart icon at the top right hand corner to check out. Upon checkout, you are required to fill in your personal details as prompted. 2. What are the modes of payment accepted? - Currently we accept payment via Corporate PayNow and PayLAH. 3. How do I make payment? - All payments have to be made via bank transfer and a screenshot of the transaction/ receipt MUST be sent to the following contact number for verification: +65 92981075, alongside with your order reference number for easier identification. Please indicate the name you used when you checked out for easier identification. Please allow at least 2-3 working days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) for your orders to be delivered. 4. How do I know if my payment is successful? - Our staff will send a reply to you via Whatsapp and assist you on the order status. 5. Can I cancel my order? No cancellation of order is allowed once a payment is made. *Failure to make payment by 12 noon the following working day will result in the cancellation of order.

Delivery

1. When do I get my purchased items - Doorstep Delivery: 2-6pm (weekdays only), unless otherwise advised. Please allow at least 2-3 working days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) for your orders to be delivered 2. How do I collect my items? - Delivery options available are doorstep delivery, 2-6pm (weekdays only). 3. Can I request for a self managed delivery service that is outside the operation hours? -Unfortunately, we do not accept any self managed delivery service that is before 2pm or after 6pm. 4. What if the goods are delivered and I am not at home? - For doorstep delivery, please ensure there is someone at home otherwise an additional fee of $10 re-delivery fee is applicable. Re-delivery will only be available on weekdays, 2pm to 6pm. We will contact you to rearrange for another delivery date. 5. Is refund allowed? - Unfortunately, refunds are not accepted.
